What is Vow & Toast?

Vow & Toast is an honest, all-in-one wedding-planning platform for couples planning their own wedding — and for anyone giving a speech at one. It combines 20 live tools — including budget, guest list and RSVP, a private vendor tracker, seating chart, and day-of timeline — with the AI Toast Planner and vow-writing studio guided by Olivia at the center. Every feature and every price is shown before you enter a single guest, and your data is never sold.

Who is Vow & Toast for?

Couples planning their own wedding — especially globally-minded couples whose guest list, budget, and family span more than one country, currency, or language. And just as much for the best man, maid of honor, parent, or friend staring down a microphone: the Toast Planner works for every speaker at the wedding, not only the two people getting married. If you have a wedding to run or a toast to give, this is for you.

Every feature.Every price. Before you enter a single guest.

No dark patterns. No fake urgency. No selling your vendor list — ever.

That is the whole business model: you pay us, and we work for you. Nobody else is the customer.

Chapter 1 — Toast Planner

Your toast, without the panic.

The Toast Planner turns "I have to give a speech" into a finished, polished toast in minutes — and your first complete toast is free.

Best man, maid of honor, parent, or the couple themselves — if there is a microphone in your future, Olivia walks you from blank page to polished draft. You bring the stories; she brings the structure. One full draft, no card required — not a trial, genuinely free. And your drafts are private: we will never train on your toast.

Chapter 2 — Wedding Hub

Planning a wedding across borders?

Vow & Toast is built for 14 markets from day one — 14 currencies, right-to-left languages included.

Guests on three continents, parents contributing in a different currency, a venue that invoices in a third — modern weddings rarely fit single-country software. The Wedding Hub keeps every tool, list, and number in one shared workspace, and you can invite your partner or planner with role-based access. One wedding. One hub. No matter where everyone lives.

Free forever on our couple plan.

Chapter 3 — Guests & RSVP

A guest list that respects your guests.

Build the list once — households, plus-ones, per-event invites — and retire the spreadsheet.

The guest list is the messiest document of the whole wedding: three spellings of the same cousin, two group chats, one aunt who counts as a household. Guests & RSVP keeps households, per-event invites, and every response in one live list. And because your guests are people, not leads, their data is never sold — to anyone, ever.

Chapter 4 — Vendor Tracker

Where did that vendor quote go?

The Vendor Tracker keeps every vendor, quote, deposit, and rating in one private place.

Twelve vendors means twelve email threads, three PDFs named "final_FINAL," and a deposit you are eighty percent sure you paid. Track contacts, quotes, deposits, and balances due on one screen instead. And here is the part that makes us different: your vendor list is private by default and never for sale. It is a tracker, never a marketplace — we take no vendor kickbacks, so nothing we show you is an ad in disguise.

Only you and your partner can see this list.

Chapter 5 — Budget

Where is the wedding budget actually going?

The Budget tracks every category, line item, and payment schedule — converted automatically across all 14 supported currencies.

Parents contributing in pesos, a venue billing in francs, your own account in dollars — wedding money is international now, and midnight mental math is how overspending happens. Every line item lives in one budget, converted automatically for whoever is asking, with planned, actual, and paid amounts side by side. Honest by default — because a budget you can't trust isn't a budget.

Chapter 6 — RSVP

Still chasing RSVPs in the group chat?

Your guests reply through one clean link — no app, no account, no password.

Forty unanswered invitations and three follow-up texts each: chasing RSVPs is a part-time job you didn't budget for. Vow & Toast gives every guest an account-free RSVP link — they tap, they answer, they're done — while your list fills itself in. The best RSVP your guests will ever tap, and the last one you will ever have to chase.

Our story

Why we built Vow & Toast

It started at 1 a.m., three nights before a wedding, with a best man, a hotel pen, and a napkin gone gray with crossed-out lines. He wasn't panicking about the seating chart. He was panicking about the toast — the one thing every guest remembers, and the one thing nobody had helped him prepare.

That napkin got us looking harder at the whole wedding industry — and we didn't love what we found. Prices hidden until you're too deep in to walk away. Vendors who'll talk to a planner but never to you. Tools that show you three features free, then paywall the fourth mid-plan. An industry quietly built to keep you stressed, confused, and reaching for your card.

So we built the opposite: every feature and its price, shown before you enter a single guest. A vendor tracker that's yours alone — private, and never for sale. And an AI Toast Planner who doesn't write a speech for you; she sits down and writes one with you, the way a friend would, five questions in — so that napkin never has to happen again.

Planning a wedding is stressful. It shouldn't be. We're here to help.

Meet Olivia

Hi, I'm Olivia.

I've helped couples plan weddings in 14 markets.

I built the Toast Planner because the speech is the part everyone remembers — and the part nobody prepares for.

I'm here for the whole plan, not just the pretty stuff.

Ask me anything.

Which countries does Vow & Toast support?

USCAUKQAUAEILARMXCLCHISJPSGAU

Vow & Toast launches in 14 markets: the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Israel, Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Switzerland, Iceland, and Japan. Budgets convert across 14 currencies — USD, CAD, GBP, AUD, SGD, QAR, AED, ILS, ARS, MXN, CLP, CHF, ISK, and JPY — and Arabic and Hebrew run fully right-to-left.

Questions, answered up front

Is the Toast Planner really free?

Yes — your first complete toast is free, with no card required. It is not a trial: one full draft per account, genuinely free, forever. Unlimited toasts for every speaker come with the paid plan.

Is there a free trial?

The annual plan ($59.99/year) comes with a 3-day free trial; the weekly plan ($8.99/week) has no trial and no minimum — it is cancel-anytime from day one. The free tier is not a trial at all: your first complete toast is simply free.

What makes Vow & Toast different from other wedding planning sites?

Honesty is the product. Every feature and every price is shown before you enter a single guest, and our only revenue is your subscription — no vendor kickbacks, no ads, no selling your data. All 20 tools are live today, with nothing hiding behind a "coming soon" badge.

Does Vow & Toast sell my data or my vendor list?

No — never. Your vendor tracker and guest list are private by default, and our business model is subscriptions, not advertising, so there is no one to sell them to. If you ever leave, you can export everything; your data is never held hostage.

Which countries, languages, and currencies does Vow & Toast support?

Fourteen markets from day one: the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, Singapore, Qatar, the UAE, Israel, Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Switzerland, Iceland, and Japan. Budgets convert automatically across 14 currencies, and Arabic and Hebrew run fully right-to-left.

Who is Olivia — and does an AI write my toast?

Olivia is the AI planner inside Vow & Toast. You talk, she drafts, and you refine it together — the stories and the voice are yours; she supplies structure and polish. Your drafts are private, and we will never train on your toast.

Can Olivia help with our vows too?

Yes. The vow studio inside the Ceremony Planner writes vows with you in five tones — romantic, heartfelt, lighthearted, traditional, or poetic — at four lengths from 45 seconds to two minutes. Vows are owner-private: your partner can't see yours until you say them out loud. Vow writing is part of the full plan.

Is there a mobile app?

Vow & Toast is a web app that works in any modern browser, phone included — there is nothing to download. A native mobile app is not available today.

How do I cancel?

Anytime. Both plans — weekly and annual — are cancel-anytime, with no lock-in and no retention maze. You can export everything you have built; your data is never held hostage.

Do my guests need to create an account to RSVP?

No. Guests reply through an account-free RSVP link — tap, answer, done. No app, no password, and their information is never sold.

Start with the toast — your first complete draft is free. No card, no catch. And if you ever want the other 19 tools, the price is already on this page.
